Orders

Order processing - Price policy

When an order is received and no deadline is stated for its processing, GI ANSO 4X4 CLUB AUTO ACCESSORIES Ltd (Tessera4x4) must ship the products within thirty (30) days from the date on which the order was verified, unless there is an out of stock problem and this has been initially notified to the customer placing the order or in case of force majeure. Orders are processed in business hours (9:00 am - 16:00 pm Greece local time) excluding weekends and national holidays. Listed product prices are not final (namely they not include the respective VAT amount (for Greece only). The GI ANSO 4X4 CLUB AUTO ACCESSORIES Ltd (Tessera4x4) e-shop retains the right to change prices without prior notice to customers.
Order confirmation
Each order is always followed by an order confirmation e-mail message and/ or fax.

Order cancellation

Order cancellations will be accepted only for orders that have not yet been processed, ONLY by telephone. You can track your order either by telephone or by sending e-mail.

Product availability

The COMPANY will inform customers about the possible delivery time of products that have gone out of stock after they have been ordered. In that case, if the delay is considered to render the transaction disadvantageous for the customer, the order may be revoked at no cost for the customer. The remaining part of the order, if any, will be processed as usual.

Taking delivery of orders

Orders will be delivered by the person whose name appears in the order and such person must upon delivery show their ID card or passport.

Order shipment
